This summer, Music Together of Portland will hold classes in several locations around Portland! We celebrate our unique relationships with each of our partner locations, sharing in the goal of making Portland and the world a better place by bringing families together to build community, and to support each other with music and kindness. We hope you'll join us for class in a neighborhood near you!

Our Summer Locations

Join us this summer! At our indoor locations, we will continue to follow health and safety protocols indoors with large classroom spaces, open windows and doors for air circulation and ventilation, and air purifiers with HEPA filters. 

Fremont United Methodist Church (NE)

Fremont UM Church is one of our longest running site locations and warmly welcomed us back in Fall 2021! We look forward to continuing to fill our large Narthex classroom with music this year! Large front doors and windows directly across will be open for cross ventilation. For added safety, the HVAC system continuously circulates air and a HEPA filtered air purifier will be in use.

Ready Set GROW (NE)

We are so lucky to have found this large classroom site in NE Portland! Join us in our lovely open-air classroom at Ready Set GROW Yoga and Dance Studio. Much of the front wall (large window) of the studio will be open for fresh air, a HEPA filtered air purifier will be running and overhead fans will be circulating air. In addition to hosting Music Together^®, Ready Set GROW is fostering community by offering a wide variety of classes to support parents and children. 

Moreland Presbyterian Church (SE)

In our new classroom at Moreland Presbyterian, we will have windows open and air purifiers running! MP staff delights in the sounds of our families and teachers making music and looks forward to welcoming us back to our music-making space.

Waverly Church (SE)

Our 1300 square-foot classroom space provides plenty of room for our music-making circle. Cross ventilation through open windows will keep the air flowing, and a state of the art air purifier with HEPA filtration will run continuously. With a small playground outside, it is a perfect place to meet new friends! Waverly is so happy to have our families returning and bringing The Joy of Family Music^®!

SUMMER SESSION WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS ON THE LAWN. Bring a blanket to sit on. We will supply all props and instruments. Our SW site is also one of our longest running site locations and enjoys hosting our families throughout the year!
