Music Together Intergenerational Classes
Are you lonely for Grandma or Grandpa? Come join us for an intergenerational music making experience with your child and the seniors of Providence ElderPlace at Irvington Village!
Music Together of Portland will be offering Tuesday morning classes at 9:15 & at 10:15 am with the senior residents at Providence ElderPlace in Irvington Village. We invite you to join us in this opportunity for your child to interact with seniors in a joyous and inclusive environment and create a rich music making community with participants infants to 100+ years!
Parents and children sit together in our usual music making circle surrounded by senior residents. The Music Together teacher will encourage interaction between all ages in the room and design the class so that children, parents and seniors can participate together as a music making community.
Grab the chance to make a difference in someone's life - the seniors as well as yours and your child! To register, go to the registration tab above or
call 503-236-4304. This program is in partnership with Providence
